- Dry eye is a multifactorial disease of the ocular surface characterized by a loss of homeostasis of the tear film, and accompanied by ocular symptoms, in which tear film instability and hyperosmolarity, ocular surface inflammation and damage, and neurosensory abnormalities play etiological roles

- Artificial Tears, Anti Inflammatory eye drops, Supplements of Omega 3 fatty acids,
- Autologous serum
- Amniotic membrane transplantation
Refractive errors
- This is very common problem and can be corrected by spectacles / contact lens
- It can be also corrected by Lasik surgery / Implantable contact lens
